Kitchen Countertops

The surface your family gathers around every single day — chosen slab by slab, finished to feel as good as it looks.

Your countertop is a surface you rely on every day, which is why exceptional craftsmanship matters as much as exceptional design. We template each project on site, precision-fabricate every piece to your exact layout, and hand-finish every edge with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a refined, custom installation with precise wall fits, thoughtfully placed seams, and a seamless appearance designed to complement the space beautifully.

What matters

What separates a luxury countertop from an expensive one

Two kitchens can use the same slab and look nothing alike. The difference is rarely the stone — it is the template, the seam placement, the edge profile and the way the veining is read before a single cut is made.

An expensive countertop is bought. A luxury one is planned: where the seam falls, which end of the slab faces the window, how the pattern carries across the island. That planning is the part you cannot add later.

One team, from the slab to the last edge
Why Michigan homeowners choose us

One team, from the slab to the last edge

We template on site, fabricate in our own shop and install with our own crew. Nothing is handed to a third party halfway through, which is why the measurements that leave your kitchen are the ones that come back.

You select your slab in person at our Oak Park showroom — not from a sample chip. What you stand in front of is what gets installed.

Granite, quartz, marble, porcelain
Materials

Granite, quartz, marble, porcelain

Granite for a kitchen that gets used hard. Quartz when you want consistency and no sealing. Marble when the veining is the point and you accept it will patina. Porcelain for large formats and thin profiles.

We will tell you which one suits how you actually cook, not which one has the best margin.

An honest note

Natural stone is not uniform — and that is the point

Every slab differs from the sample and from the one next to it. Movement, colour and density vary within the same quarry block. If you need a perfectly repeatable surface, engineered quartz is the honest answer, and we will say so.

We would rather lose a job than have you disappointed the day it is installed.

Kitchen Countertops in Michigan — FAQ

How much do kitchen countertops cost in Michigan?

It depends on the material, the square footage, the edge profile and how many cut-outs the layout needs. Granite and quartz cover a wide range, while marble and porcelain sit higher. We quote after templating, so the number you get is the number you pay — ask us for a free quote and we will walk you through the options.

Which material should I choose for a busy family kitchen?

Quartz, in most cases: it does not need sealing and it behaves consistently. Granite is an excellent second choice if you want natural stone with real durability. Marble is beautiful but it etches and stains — worth it if you accept the patina as part of the look.

Can I see the actual slab before you fabricate it?

Yes, and we encourage it. Come to our Oak Park showroom and choose the exact slab. For heavily veined stone we can also show you where the seams will fall and how the pattern will run before we cut.

Do you work with designers and builders?

Regularly. We fabricate to drawings, coordinate with other trades and work around a construction programme. Send us the plans and we will tell you what is realistic on your timeline.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Oak Park and work across the Detroit metro area and the wider Michigan region — including Southfield, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills and the surrounding communities.
